  • Manage and track Sales and Purchase agreements for Christchurch, ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Prepare upcoming development releases for Christchurch, making each one a smashing success.
  • Be the go-to person for general customer queries, providing exceptional service.
  • Maintain the office’s cleanliness and organisation, keeping supplies stocked and the environment tidy.
  • Fearlessly take on any additional office duties, leaving no task unturned.
  • Bring your positive, solution-oriented approach to challenges, tackling them with ease.
  • Thrive under pressure and excel in organizational and time management skills.
  • Prioritize effectively, make quick decisions, and handle multiple tasks seamlessly.
  • Showcase your proficiency in Google suite products, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
  • Utilise your strong analytical skills to think on your feet and solve problems with finesse.
  • Work autonomously and adapt to any situation that arises.
