How it works

As part of the purchase of your completed Williams Corporation townhouses we will provide a one year rental guarantee at the rate recorded in the applicable tenancy agreement for the first year following your purchase, meaning that you are guaranteed to receive rental income at the specified rate for the first year following your purchase.

In addition to this, Williams Corporation will pay your local authority rates (excluding water rates), insurance and residents association fees for your first year of ownership.

How much will the property be rented for?

Williams Corporation will provide a one year rental guarantee at the rate recorded in the applicable tenancy agreement for the first year following your purchase (subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement for sale and purchase of real estate).

Who will be the property manager?

Max Property Management Limited will be responsible for the management of this property for one year from the date of settlement. After this date you may then choose to continue with Max Property Management Limited or change to another property manager.

When will I receive my rent paid?

Rent is paid by way of direct credit into your bank account twice a month. This will take place on the 15th day and the last day of each month (or the next working day if the last day of the month is not a working day).

Who will ensure my property is looked after?

This is the responsibility of the property manager. Inspections occur at the start and end of tenancies, and every three months otherwise. If maintenance is needed they select reputable, experienced and well-priced tradespeople.
