With the recent growth, a new role has now opened up for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team.
Williams Corporation is now one of the largest residential developers in New Zealand (ref: BCI What’s On report, building consents issued).

Key responsibilities:

Must have an understanding of the requirements to maintain company profitability.
Be able to communicate both verbally and in written form.
Must be able to fill out all paperwork and submit it timelessly.
Requesting, saving, and following up tenders
Accurately recording a list of active suppliers and contractors we use
Recording a library of prices we pay suppliers and contractors nationwide
Assisting management in pricing jobs once tender complete
Keeping accurate records of contractor and supplier rates
Assisting with invoice sign-offs at end of the month
Complete back costings on completed jobs
Accurately quantify all materials required.
