The opening of our new office space on October 2021 in the little red dot, marks the beginning of a new chapter in Williams Corporation’s continued growth in Singapore to help Singaporeans invest in New Zealand’s properties with ease.

Our Singapore office sits in a heritage shophouse along Mohamed Sultan Road that has been gazetted for conservation. As part of the conservation, the façade of the shophouse is preserved and the interior is renovated to give it a modern look. The office interior design style is characterised by a monochromatic color palette, clean lines and the use of natural materials.
