How it works
Review
We review your site to determine whether it’s suitable. You can check below to see if your site meets our criteria.
Purchase
We always pay at or above fair market value for your site, as well as referral fees for purchased sites on a case-by-case basis.
Transform
We buy your site and transform it into 5–50 townhouses. As we build 500 homes a year, we buy 4-5 sites every month.
