Own with Williams’ is a shared ownership partnership between the buyer and Williams Corporation, where Williams Corporation provides you funds to help with your deposit and, in return, owns a proportion of your home.

Who is it for?
Own with Williams’ is a shared ownership partnership between you the home buyer and Own With Williams, where we provide you funds to help with your deposit and, in return, we own a proportion of your home. Own with Williams is for potential buyers who wouldn’t otherwise be able to buy a property now as they are not financially able to. This could be individuals, couples, and even friends or family getting together to buy their first home. You typically need to have a 5% deposit and the income to pay your mortgage. What properties are available?
All completed Williams Corporation properties can be purchased using the 'Own With Williams co-ownership structure including those scheduled for completion by 31st of March 2024.
