How it Works.


We review your site to determine whether it’s suitable. You can check below to see if your site meets our criteria.


We always pay at or above fair market value for your site, as well as referral fees for purchased sites on a case-by-case basis.


We buy your site and transform it into 5–50 townhouses. As we build 400 homes a year, we buy 4 sites every month.

Our Criteria.



  • Inside the 4 Aves: 600m2+
  • Outside the 4 Aves: 1400m2+
  • Within 7km from the central city
  • Must have a street-facing frontage


  • 800m2+
  • Less than 18km to the CBD
  • Flat or minor slope
  • Must have a street-facing frontage


  • 700m2+
  • Lower Hutt
  • Flat or minor slope
  • Must have a street-facing frontage

Anything outside this we are happy to review on a case by case basis but the majority of our purchases fit the above criteria.
