That means we do the little things well for both contractors and customers. Like only using large reputable suppliers, paying all our contractor invoices on time each month, or setting up homes with internet services so you can simply move in and start living! We also happily share our knowledge on property investment, through our expert property consultants and our popular Podcast “The Williams Project”

Our Homes
Architecture
A building needs integrity, the same as a person, and that comes down to the architecture, design, build quality and energy that goes in to producing it. We build homes that have roofs that protect from the elements, with soffits to keep the water from the walls, with windows that provide light to its occupants and on stand-alone titles providing clear ownership to the owner.
Materials
We only use exceptional materials to build our homes, with a proven history of quality and locally sourced where possible. The definition of integrity is to do the right thing when no one is watching, and that applies to the materials in our homes that no one ever sees.
Our Plans
Our strength comes from producing the best possible product at scale, to give customers great value. Our inhouse teams are always innovating and developing our product with small tweaks, but we do not alter our product for any specific customer. If an idea is great, it should be added to all our homes.
