Our team is searching for an experienced Human Resource Manager. We are looking for someone with passion and the ability to solve anything thrown at them.
In this role, as Williams Corporation’s Group HR Manager, you will engage with key stakeholders and department heads across the organisation to help define what the current and future people’s needs are and lead a first-class team to execute Williams Corporation’s vision globally. This includes overseeing and monitoring people-related advice, guidance, and support to regions about complex recruitment and employment matters. You will lead the organisations approach to employment relations and develop a recruitment and talent strategy to ensure Williams Corporation is attracting, sourcing, and selecting the best people.
You will also have significant experience in and be capable of setting up and creating forward-thinking and innovative systems and processes for performance management, training and development, company policies, and general employee relations. You will be a natural problem solver who uses initiative and lateral thinking and has excellent communication skills.
This will all be coupled with your ability to coach, mentor, and empower others to own and lead a value-added, positive culture that resonates with employees.
