The Maintenance Manager for Completed Homes is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the company’s finished homes, including repairs, and emergency servicing. This entails ensuring that all homes are in excellent condition and meet the company’s quality standards. The Maintenance Manager also supervises the maintenance team, ensuring they are well-organized and efficient in their work. This role involves liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and collaborating with our legal counsel, insurance companies, body corporates, resident agreement and management firms.
