As a project manager, you will be responsible for running our construction sites and ensuring smooth operations. You will be expected to visit job sites regularly, and communicate with subcontractors and suppliers about work allocation, timelines, and expectations.

You need to be approachable and hard–working, with excellent communication and problem–solving skills. Key responsibilities:

The day-to-day running of Williams Corporation Construction Sites includes visiting job sites regularly and updating Buildertrend daily.
Communicating with subcontractors and suppliers around work allocation, timelines, and expectations.
Accurate and intelligent filing and documentation on Google Drive, Buildertrend, and Dropbox.
Scheduling jobs on Buildertrend and ensuring job schedules are followed.
Managing onsite quality and ensuring Council inspections are adhered to.
Completing Completion Checklists of finished Units and ensuring they are handed over to the highest standard.
Maintaining relationships with suppliers/contractors and if required organising roof shouts etc.
Managing any maintenance.
Gathering and filing of Code of Compliance and Title documents (223/224 etc).
Preparing jobs for construction (organising temp power, health and safety documents, temp water etc).
Prior experience in construction is required.
