We strive to be transparent and communicate clearly at Williams Corporation. One of the ways we do this is with our regular Build Updates. At the time of this update, we had changed from monthly to fortnightly updates as part of our commitment to continuous improvement.

Build updates are a very important part of the Williams Corporation procedure. Every two weeks, the Project Managers would come together and record what stages of the construction they have completed and what stages of the construction are next on the list to complete for each site.

This information is gathered and uploaded to our website and emailed fortnightly for our clients to track exactly how their home is coming along. This keeps everyone with regular up-to-date information we know homeowners love.

We had a fantastic day out filming our Auckland Build Updates. We visited nine of our developments under construction to give you an informative video showing progress at the time of filming.
