June 2022 was a busy month for Williams Corporation, with sales and settlements across Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington. We reported 86 settlements totalling $55,375,000, handing over homes to customers in all three cities.

Settlements by city

• Auckland: 37 homes settled for $24,182,000.
• Wellington: 20 homes settled for $11,700,000.
• Christchurch: 29 homes settled for $19,493,000.

We also reported 42 sales totalling $25,650,000 for the month.
