Our two property investment seminars last week in Singapore were a great success!

To continue to add-value and share more property market insights to our clients, we organised two seminars last week to discuss about the property investment opportunities in Auckland. We had the pleasure of having one of our Managing Directors of Williams Corporation, Matthew Horncastle and our Auckland Sales Manager, Stephen Pike as the guest speakers for the night. 

Stephen did an amazing job by sharing the reasons why people are investing in Auckland and also the current rental market situation there. After which, he introduces some of the highly sought after new launches that are worth investing in. We ended the seminar with a Q&A session, where we cleared all the doubts and queries of the guests related to topics such as property management, rental yield and loan eligibility.
