Our Property Investment Seminar last week in Singapore was a great success!

We have more than 50 people who turned up for the seminar where they got to learn more about the property investment opportunities in New Zealand and also got the chance to talk to our team of experts.  

Our guest speakers for the night, Matthew Horncastle, one of our Managing Directors of Williams Corporation shared about investing in Williams Corporation Capital and its benefits while Matt Withington, Sales Manager of Christchurch introduces some of the highly anticipated new launches that are worth investing in. We ended the seminar with a Q&A session, where we cleared the doubts and queries of the guests such as build quality, potential capital gains, rental yield and more.

We felt extremely excited from the enthusiasm of the crowd that night and we are glad that we could organise more of such physical events again as the pandemic situation stabilised. The crowd sentiments regarding overseas property investment remained positive despite the rising interest rate. Many still showed interest in the New Zealand property market and did not hesitate to ask our guest speakers questions to clear their doubts.
