Office Manager

As Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the wider office team, both professionals and consultants. This is a dynamic role, where you will be a go-to person around the office, helping to ensure smooth and functional operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organising promotional events including, home shows, open days, development and investor functions.
  • Managing general customer queries.
  • Managing and tracking Sales and Purchase agreements for Auckland.
  • Managing and preparing upcoming development releases for Auckland.
  • General housekeeping of the office, and ensuring office supplies are stocked.
  • Fulfil any additional office duties.

Skills:

  • Experience in a similar role, legal background preferred but not required.
  • A positive, solution-orientated approach to challenges.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to prioritise, make decisions, and multi-task.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and MS Outlook.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to work autonomously, and be adaptable.
