What cities are we currently seeking land in?

We’re particularly interested in finding land in Auckland. In Auckland we are seeking sites from 900-1,000sqm and are within 15km to the central city.
What do we look for when purchasing land?
- The site must have at least one side that is street facing
- The site must be either within the CBD of the city or close to the heart of the city
- Public transport options or walk/cycleways must be within easy reach
- The site must be approximately 800-1,000sqm minimum
- The site must be relatively flat
How much will we pay for well-located land?
We pay market rates and sometimes about and there is no agents fees when we purchase land. Previously we have paid up to $3,000 per sqm for well-located pieces of land.
Will we purchase multiple sites?
