Bigger and Better!

After the success of our previous Singapore roadshows, we are keeping up the momentum with two more roadshows in the month of October!

First roadshow venue was Parkway Parade which happened from 10 October to 16 October 2022! Parkway Parade is one of Singapore’s most popular and well-established shopping malls in the suburban area in Katong. The mall features several anchor tenants, a cinema, private banking facilities and two supermarkets, making it a popular choice amongst families. Hence, it was a no brainer for us to choose Parkway Parade as one of our roadshow locations.

Our second roadshow of the month is located at Millenia Walk from 27 October to 30 October 2022! This mall is a contemporary lifestyle destination, home to one-of-a-kind quality craftsmanship, designer labels and bespoke offerings for shoppers who appreciate the finer things in life. Millenia Singapore also comprises two premier office towers (Millenia Tower and Centennial Tower), hence the mall is often patronised by PMEBs (Professionals, Managers, Executives and Businessmen).

This is a great chance for us to target the foreign expatriates too as we have recently been granted the “Exemption Certificate for Large Apartment Development” from the Overseas Investment Office for our two apartment buildings at Manchester Square in Christchurch, New Zealand! Therefore, over half of the apartments in this development can be sold to overseas investors without requiring the approval/consent of the Overseas Investment Office. The roadshow is an incredible opportunity for us to reach out not only to the Singaporeans but also foreigners working in Singapore.
